Set containing all the plexiglass parts to make the LASER HARP published in the magazine Elettronica In n.231 December/January 2018

It is the ultra-technological version of the ancient musical instrument, where LASER beams are inserted instead of the strings, interrupting which with the passage of the fingers the notes are produced. The electronic part is composed of an Arduino UNO rev.3 board that interfaces with a group of sensors LASERS used to understand when we interrupt the beams. In addition to Arduino and LASER strings, we have a MIDI shield, which is the actual sound generator. Basically, the LASER sensors constitute the input devices, that is triggers; the MIDI shield generates the sounds required when it receives the trigger. In the middle there is Arduino, whose task is threefold: it acquires trigger events from input devices, that is laser sensors; on the basis of these he directs and commands the MIDI shield to produce the required sounds; activates the smoke machine (optional).

Warning! the set includes only the plexiglass parts to make the ARPA LASER, everything else like: Arduino Uno Rev3, the MIDI shield code FT1414, the amplifier module, the LASER sensors, etc. are not included (see related products). Screws and small parts are not included.
