• I added the camera to the ONVIF-compatible NVR, but the camera's image is not showing:
  The DVR/NVR may not support 8MP (4K) resolution. Check the recording system configuration. If necessary, after adding the camera via the Annke Vision app, access the camera settings to adjust the video resolution.
  If the recorder uses an outdated ONVIF protocol, it may not be compatible with the newer version on the camera.

• The camera is not visible on the network:
  The camera is factory-set to DHCP mode, so the router will automatically assign an IP address to the camera. If this doesn't happen, check the DHCP mapping for available addresses. If space is available for new devices, try resetting the camera.

• How to reset the camera:
  Unscrew the two screws from the microSD compartment, power on the camera, press and hold the reset button for about 5 seconds, then release it. The camera will reboot and reset to factory settings.

• When connecting the camera via PoE, it's not visible on the network:
  Ensure there is no overload on the PoE port.
