Based on the MCP23017 chips, this shield allows the connecting pads or Arcade joystick and a maximum of 12 buttons directly to a Raspberry Pi board. The shield communicates with Raspberry via the I2C sending the status of the contacts of the buttons and joystick.

This project comes in kit. Some components have to be soldered to the included PCB.
