The DS1100 is a compact BASIC-programmable controller especially suitable for serial control applications and serial-over-IP. Based on microcontroller ASIC T2000, it allows you to connect any device with RS232 output to an Ethernet-based LAN. It can be powered by its own power jack, through pin9 the DB9 connector (serial port) or Power-over -Ethernet via an option card. It has three LEDs on the top of the device, green and red status main and yellow for the Ethernet connection. The device comes with a serial-over-IP application preloaded and fully functional, a DIN rail and a mounting plate to the wall.
