Set consisting of a board with 4 RGBY 1 watt LEDs, an audio sync board, 3 x 1 watt RGB LEDs, 1 power supply and associated connection cables. The base board is a driver for RGBY (W) LED light effects with an audio sync mode that virtually eliminates the need for real-time processing software, especially for audio applications where PC, MP3 player, CDs, DVDs or a mobile phone can be used as an audio source. The input audio signal is filtered into four frequency bands: low (150 Hz), medium (600 Hz), medium-high (3 kHz) and high (6 kHz). Each frequency band is assigned to a specific PWM driver. Four PWM outputs control one red, one green, one blue and one yellow / white LED respectively. You can send commands via Hyper Terminal to each specific LED so as to set the desired frequency and adjust the gain of each frequency to change the intensity of the LEDs. The intensity of the LED can also be controlled by the duty cycle which is regulated by the amplitude of the spectrum.
