With LCD display, Peak Atlas ZEN is an intelligent analyzer Zener diodes easy to use and comes with various features. Principally designed to analyze diodes (including avalanche diodes), Atlas ZEN is great to measure the conduction characteristics of many other types of components such as normal diodes, LEDs, such as transient suppressors VDR, TVS and Transorb (measurement of breakdown voltage / lock with various direct current or reverse) and shunt voltage regulators.
