Based on Microchip's built-in MCP73844-840I / MS, this charger is designed to charge two 3.7V series Li-Ion / LiPo battery elements. Battery charge status LED (LD1, connected to the STAT pin of the U1), power input connector (+/- PWR) of 9 a 12 Vdc power supply for 7.4 volt lithium ion batteries (BAT) . The power / battery input / output pins are also available via a 6-contact strip. This module is working with 7.4V rechargeable batteries.

Note:  supplied already assembled and tested

Breakout board

The breakout cards are prototyping boards based on the already welded involved principle, whose connections are carried outside the bases that can be easily used for pitch and termination; the connections are pitches with pitch 2.54 mm, like those of the classic integrated DIP. There are no problems as regards a number of integrated sensors, sensors, switching power supplies, battery chargers, linear amplifiers, etc., and mounted on ready-to-use bases. These release cards are already an aid for those who want to have ready in a "traditional" format the best of SMD electronics, both for who-can make it work with SMD components-needs to have such components available on prototyping cards to apply them a proven and proven result, that is to say for prototyping that integrates the functions of the integrated systems, before realizing the final printed circuit of an equipment.
