The board ISP & Serial Programmer is a powerful programming tool for all microcontroller ATMEL ATmega and ATtiny, both in PDIP package SMD.
It has double slide switch that allows you to select the type of programming (ISP and SER), 4 status LEDs (power and ISP programming), a section of the external clock to 16 MHz for programming and a jumper that disconnects the frequency of 16 MHz by the microcontroller (in cases in which you wish to use or test its internal oscillator). The board can be used as a shield for Arduino.
The kit includes a ZIF sockets that enable quick and easy insertion and extraction of micro to program, without having to refer to any mechanical pressure. Thanks to these sockets will be possible to program the ATmega micro in size 28 and 40W-pin PDIP, but also the SMD QFP 100 by adding the special socket (not included).
Available as additional options there are other PCBs (7200-S1160 / ZSET) with a ZIF socket that nested on the main board will allow you to program the microcontroller ATMEL QFP SMD 32 and 44 pin, and the SMD SOIC and PDIP ATMEL ATtiny family; in practice the board ISP Programmer & Serial Adapter and the three board will cover almost the entire range ATMEL ATmega and ATtiny and in any case nothing will prohibit the construction of additional adapters that could be necessary.
This project comes in kit. Some components have to be soldered to the included PCB and includes all components except the socket 100-pin QFP SMD
